Bonnet and Boot repair

At last we start stripping the car, the bonnet assembly comes off after a fight. More rust than metal on the front inner section and wheel arches. Hopefully this bonnet can be salvaged with new panels. If not I will be looking around for a good second-hand one. Latest: Scrapped and fitting a fibreglass one for now.

Original steel Bonnet was scrapped due to serious rust holes in all panels and no remains of any arches! The car will (for now) have a fibreglass bonnet possibly fitted with side vents.

Note:- The boot lid is free from holes! This is a first for this car!
